摘　　要：因对产品质量提出了更高要求,要求绞线的线芯表面有更高圆整度和光滑度,所以必须克服由设备缺陷引起的线芯表面刮伤和挤压变形等产品的缺陷,对单牵引管式绞线机牵引轮上绞线被挤伤、刮伤等现象进行初探,并对其牵引方式也进行了改进,取得了良好的效果。In order to meet highter requirements for roundness and smoothness of stranded conductors, measures must be taken to eliminate machinecaused scratch and deformation of stranded conductors. The scratch and deformation caused by single capstan tube strander was investigated and the traction system was improved accordingly.As a result, good quality of products has been obtained.
