摘　　要：对玉石洼铁矿尾矿膏体制备的工艺进行了研究 ,得到了极高的浓密机底流浓度。结合高效浓密机和深锥浓密机的工作原理发展了大型高压浓密机 ,同时设计了我国目前最大的高压浓密机膏体制备系统 ,该系统在工业上达到了极高的底流浓度 ,底流膏体浓度大于 57%。The paste preparation system for Yushiwa iron tailings is investigated, obtain in g very high density thickener underflow. Based on the operation principles of hi gh efficiency thickener and deep-cone thickener, a large deep-cone high pressu re thickener is developed. At the same time, its paste preparation system is des igned. The preparation system can achieve extremely-high density of thickener u nderflow,usually up to above 57% in industrial application.
