摘 要:利用软锰矿采用主副双塔串联吸收二氧化硫 ,对软锰矿吸收二氧化硫的过程进行了热力学计算和分析 ,运用正交试验法研究了吸收工艺条件 ,并进行了可行性论证。研究得出 :当主塔温度为 80℃ ,副塔温度为 50℃ ,固液比为 1∶6 ,反应时间为 35min时 ,脱硫率和MnO2 转化率均在 90Thermodynamic computation and analysis are conducted of the proc ess in which pyrolusite absorbs SO 2 with main and auxiliary towers in series. Its absorption conditions are investigated by orthogenal experiments and its tec h nological feasibility is demonstrated. It is concluded that when the main tower' s temperature is 80 ℃, the auxiliary tower's temperature is 50 ℃ ,the S/L r atio is 1∶6 and the reaction time is 35 min, the desulphurization rate and conversi on ratio are above 90%, respectively.
