摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于外模式、逻辑结构和方法库的三级DSS模型系统结构。在此基础上设计了一个具有模型、数据管理功能,友善用户接口界面,能对不同用户提供支持的决策支持系统。In this article,the author has proposed a model framework which includes three levels-external schema,logical configulation and algorithm base.On the basis of that, the author has also designed a decision support system having model management function, data management function, and a kindly user's interface to support different users. 
