化痔栓治疗痔疮的临床药理研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察化痔栓治疗痔疮的临床疗效。[方法]化痔栓治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔属风伤肠络型及湿热下注型患者 ,并以九华痔疮栓为对照 ,观察对便血、脱出、局部不适、肛门分泌物等疗效。[结果]化痔栓与九华痔疮栓疗效相近 ,化痔栓治疗便血优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]化痔栓治疗痔疮属风伤肠络型及湿热下注型患者安全有效。To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Huazhi Suppository in treating hemorrhoids. Huazhi Suppository was used for patients with internal hemorrhoids,external hemorrhoids and combined hemorrhoids,which belong to the type of intestine collateral attacked by wind or downward flow of damp_heat.The effects of hemaˉtochezia,herniation,local discomfort and secretion around the anus were compared with those in control cured with Jiuhua Hemorrhoid Suppository.The effect of Huazhi Suppository was similar to that of Jiuhua Zhichuang Suppository but superior to it in treating hematochezia(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Hemorrhoids Suppository is safe and effective to treat paˉtients in type of intestine collateral attacked by wind or downward flow of damp_heat.
