重庆市主要车站码头大气细菌污染情况调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解重庆市主要车站码头室内、外大气细菌污染情况。方法 :采用平皿沉降法对各选点室内、外大气细菌浓度进行了为期一年的检测。结果 :受测车站、码头大气细菌年平均浓度室内为 4664 3 cfu/m3 ,在室外为 5 3 3 14 cfu/m3 ;各月份之间 ,大气细菌浓度差异有显著性 ;大气细菌浓度高峰期在 2月下半月到 3月底Objective:To survey the condition of bacteria poll ution in the air in main stations and docks in Chongqing.Methods:The glass utensils sedimentation m ethod was us ed to determine the concentration of indoor and outdoor concentration of bacteri n in the air.Results:The indoor and outdoor year concentrations was 46643cfu/m 3 and 53 314cfu/m 3,respectively;There was significant difference between the concentr atio ns of different months;the peaks of the concentration were between the midde of February and the end of the March or the beginning of the April,
