摘  要:目的 :探讨模拟推拉动作后 ,大鼠血小板计数(PLT)、粘附 (PAdT)、聚集功能 (PAgT)和血液流变学的变化 .方法 :将大鼠分为对照组、单纯加速度组和推拉动作组 .利用动物离心机和体位翻转控制装置 ,推拉动作组暴露 + 5Gz 3 0s后 ,- 5Gz暴露 3s,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.单纯加速度组进行 + 5Gz暴露 3 5s后 ,+ 10Gz暴露 2 0s.共作用 4次 ,两次之间间歇5min .对照组只进行同样时间、同样方法的固定 ,但不受±Gz作用 .观察模拟推拉动作后 ,PLT ,PAdT ,PAgT和血液流变学的变化 .结果 :推拉动作组与单纯加速度组相比 ,PAdT和PAgT都明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;全血粘度 (ηb)、全血还原粘度 (ηrd)和红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)亦增加 (P <0 0 5 ) .单纯加速度组与对照组相比 ,各项指标差异无显著性 .结论 :推拉动作 4次后 ,可引起PLT ,PAdT和PAgT显著性增加 ,ηb。AIM: To investigate the changes of platelet adhesiveness (Padt), platelet aggregation (Pagt) and hemorheology following simulated push pull maneuver in rats. METHODS: The rats were divided into control group, acceleration group and push pull maneuver group. Placed in an animal centrifuge with body position reversing control system, the rats were exposed to +5 Gz 30 s →-5 Gz 3 s→+10 Gz 20 s in the push pull maneuver group, +5 Gz 35 s→+10 Gz 20 s in the acceleration group respectively for 4 times at 5 min interval and in the control group the rats were placed in the same way for the same time but not exposed to ±Gz .The changes of PadT, PAgT and hemorheology were observed after repeated Gz exposures. RESULTS: Compared with the acceleration group, the PAdT and PAgT increased significantly in the simulated push pull maneuver group ( P<0.05; P<0.01). Theη b,η rd and erythrocyte accumulation index (EAI) also increased ( P<0.05). There were not significant differences in the above mentioned indexes between the control group and the acceleration group. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that repeated push pull maneuver exposures 4 times can lead to the increase of PAdT, PAgT,η b,η rd and EAI.
