摘 要:目的 :探索并建立一种新的无创伤的心输出量 (CO)检测方法 .方法 :将一直径 0 .8mm的测温热敏电阻探头置于家兔呼吸道使其嵌钝并紧贴细支气管粘膜 ,颈外静脉快速注射 1mL 0℃ 9g·L-1NaCl溶液 ,微型计算机数据采集 ,获得支气管粘膜热稀释曲线 (BMTC) ,计算由此获得的肺血流量(BMTPF) ,同时使用电磁血流量计在家兔升主动脉测量心输出量 (AACO) .结果 :BMTPF与AACO比较有很好的相关性 ,相关系数r=0 .93 ,r2 =0 .864,P <0 .0 0 0 1.结论 :通过支气管粘膜热稀释曲线测量CO ,在一定条件下可以替代传统的热稀释法 。AIM: To investigate and develop a new noninvasive method of measuringt cardiac output (CO) by bronchial mucosa thermodilution curves. METHODS: A thermistor probe of 0.8mm diameter was inserted into rabbit's bronchi and had it clung onto the bronchial mucosa. 1 mL 0℃ 9 g·L -1 NaCl solution was infected into venae jugularis externa fleetly and the data of bronchial mucosa thermodilution curves (BMTC) was collected, and then the CO (BMTPF) was calculated from BMTC by microcomputer. At the same time, blood flow of ascending aorta (AACO) was measured by electromagnetic blood flow meter. RESULTS: BMTPF had good linear relation to AACO (r= 0.93 , r 2=0.864, P<0.0001). CONCLUSION: In some way, measurement of CO by BMTC can substitute for the conventional thermodilution. It is a feasible, convenient and noninvasive measurement method.
