麦粒灸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠足跖肿胀度及滑膜组织NF-kB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察艾灸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠足跖肿胀度和滑膜组织 N F-k B表达的影响。方法　 40只大鼠随机分为 4组 ,除空白组外用弗氏完全佐剂造模 ,麦粒灸大鼠“肾俞”、“足三里”,检测足跖肿胀度、滑膜组织 NF-k B表达。结果　造模后 ,大鼠关节肿胀明显 ,NF-k B表达显著升高至 1770 .0 0± 15 7.48μm2 (P<0 .0 1) ,艾灸治疗后 ,足跖肿胀度降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,N F-k B降低至 112 8.33± 134 .2 3μm2 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　艾灸治疗可明显清除局部组织中 NF-k B,并可能由此改善局部组织的细胞凋亡异常 ,抑制局部组织的增生 ,从而减轻局部组织的炎症。Objective To observe the changes of joint swelling and NF kB expression in adjuvant arthritis rats after moxibustion.Methods 40 rats were randomized into 4 groups. Except for blank group, other three groups were modeled to adjuvant arthritis. Grain moxibustion was performed at Shenshu (BL 23) and Zusanli (ST 36). The extent of joint swelling and NF kB expression in synovial tissues were detected. Results After modeling, the joints became swollen obviously and NF kB expression rose to 1 770.00±157.48 μm 2( P <0.01); after moxibustion treatment, the joint swelling was relieved ( P < 0.01 ) and NF kB expression fell to 1 128.33±134.23 μm 2( P <0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion can eliminate NF kB in the local tissues, improve cell apoptosis and inhibit the hyperplasia, as a result to relieve inflammation and edema in the local tissues.
