电针治疗中风后抑郁的疗效与对患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的　评价电针治疗对中风后抑郁患者生存质量的影响。方法　采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)筛选中风后抑郁患者 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用针刺百会、神庭、四神聪等穴 ,运针后加电针治疗 ,疗程为 1个月。对照组则未用针刺也未用抗抑郁药。入组时和 1个月后均采用 HA MD和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表 (WHOQOL -BREF )进行评价。结果　治疗组的抑郁症状改善明显 ,同时患者的生存质量提高 ,明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　电针治疗中风后抑郁有确切疗效 。Objective To study the life quality of patients with depression after stroke by electroacupuncture. Methods The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) was used to decide on the subjects, who were then randomized into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, electroacupuncture was given at Baihui (GV 20), Shenting (GV 24) and Sishencong (EX HN1) for one month; no treatment was given in control group. The HAMD and WHOQOL BREE were used to assess the life quality before and one month after treatment. Results In treatment group, the depression and life quality were improved more obviously compared with control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture has positive effects on post apoplectic depression, and can greatly improve the life quality.
