异丙肌苷及其主要成分抗多房棘球蚴作用的体外研究

摘  要:为研究异丙肌苷和其主要成分肌苷在体外抗多房棘球蚴和原头节的效果 ,运用 RPMI16 4 0作培养基体外培养原头节 ,后加入异丙肌苷或肌苷 ,使培养基中的药物浓度分别为 1m M,2 m M,4 m M,连续培养 9d,结果没有发现异丙肌苷和肌苷对多房棘球蚴的原头节和小囊有杀灭作用 。Protoscoleces/vesicles cultivation in vitro was used to evaluate the effect of isoprinosine and its main component inosine against protoscoleces/vesicles of Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes. Isoprinosine and inosine were dissolved in RPMI 1640. Concentration was 1mM, 2mM, 4mM respectively. The cultivation was maintained 9 days. As a result, we didn't find that isoprinosine and inosine had efficacy on protoscoleces/vesicles in vitro. So it was still a question for study about whether isoprinosine had direct action against Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes.
