替硝唑治愈皮肤炭疽2例报告

摘　　要：2例皮肤炭疽患者病变皮损发生于外伤后 ,表现为肿胀及浸润性红斑 ,伴有黑色焦痂、色如黑炭的溃疡 ,经临床实验室检查、病原菌镜检、细菌学培养鉴定为炭疽杆菌感染 。There were two patients with anthrax cutaneus. Their pathological skin lesion appeared after injury and shown tumefaction and infiltrative erythema with black eschar and gyiseous ulcer. It was diagnosed as infection with Bacillus anthracis by clinical laboratory examination, pathogen microscopy and bacterical culture as well as identification. Combined with the medicine for external use, the treatment of Tiniduzole was obviously effective. It was the first report on anthrax cutaneus cure with Tinidazole in China.
