决闭胶囊治疗老年良性前列腺增生症的观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨决闭胶囊治疗老年良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法 :对 94例老年良性前列腺增生症患者 ,随机配对分组 ,治疗组用决闭胶囊治疗 ,对照组用前列康治疗。结果 :治疗后两组B超前列腺体积、临床疗效以决闭胶囊组为优 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗期间未发现任何毒副反应。结论 :决闭胶囊 。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jubei capsule(JBC) on senile prostatic hyperplasia.Methods: Ninety four patients were divided into the JBC Group(60 patients) and the controlled group(34 patients) were given Qianliekang(QLK). Result: In reducing the volume of prostala provided by B mode ultrasonography the JBC group was better than QLK group, no any toxic and side effects were found after treatment. Conclusion: JBC is an effective drug in treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia.
