海洋石油职工复发性脑卒中情况分析

摘　　要：目的　了解海洋石油职工复发性脑卒中情况及影响因素。方法　采用病历回顾性调查法。结果　调查海洋石油职工脑卒中 5 96例 (男 4 19,女 177) ,首发 4 84例 ,复发 112例占 18.8%。男性病人中复发 82例 ,复发率为 19.6 % ,女性病人中复发 30例为 17.0 % ,缺血性脑卒中显著高于出血性脑卒中 ,复发 1次者 6 1例占 5 4 .5 % ,复发次数最多为 7次。复发性脑卒中患者有高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、TIA、高粘血症的百分率明显高于首发脑卒中病例。结论　海洋石油职工复发性脑卒中有较高的发生率且以缺血性脑卒中为多见 ,并有随年龄增加而升高的趋势。其所患各危险因素亦较高 ,故而必须采取一切干预措施 ,降低危险因素 ,减少脑卒中的复发 ,减轻家庭及社会负担。Objective To investigate stroke recurrence and its determinants among offshore oil workers.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted in 596 stroke patients who worked in an offshore oil company.Results In the 596 stroke patients,419 were male,and 177 female.Among them,112 were recurrence cases,and the number of male and female cases was 82 and 30,respectively.The total recurrence rate was 18.8%,male recurrence rate 19.6% and female recurrence rate 17.0%,respectively.In the 112 recurrence cases,there were significantly more ischemic stroke patients than hemorrhagic stroke ones.54.5%(61 cases)recurred one time,and the highest time of recurrence was 7.Proportion of hypertension,diabetes,high blood lipid,TIA,blood hyperviscosity syndrome was higher in recurrence patients than in incidence patients.Conclusions There was a relatively high recurrence rate in stroke patients doing offshore oil work,especially in ischemic stroke patients.Therefore,we ought to take some measures to eliminate risk factors,so as to reduce stroke recurrence and lighten family and social burdens.
