摘 要:目的 :测定硝基咪唑类新药 -奥硝唑对口腔牙周分离的 4种共 10 4株优势病原菌的抗菌活性。方法 :采用琼脂稀释法测定奥硝唑对实验细菌的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 :奥硝唑对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌和消化链球菌的MIC50 和MIC90 分别为 :0 .0 6 2、0 .12 5 ,0 .12 5、0 .2 5 ,0 .12 5、0 .2 5 ,0 .5、1mg/L。细菌浓度对奥硝唑抗牙周病原菌的MIC值略有影响。结论 :奥硝唑对牙周优势病原菌有很强的体外抗菌活性 。AIM:To observe the antibacterial activities of ornidazole against 4 kinds of common periodontal bacteria in vitro .METHODS:The agar diffusion test was used to detect the minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of ornidazole against 104 stains of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia, Fusobacterium nucleatum and Peptostreptococcus spp .RESULTS:All bacteria were inhibited by ornidazole.For P.gingivalis , the MIC 50 and MIC 90 values were 0.062 mg/L and 0.125 mg/L respectively; for P.intermedia and F.nucleatum , the MIC 50 and MIC 90 values were 0.125 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L respectively;for Peptostreptococcus spp ,the MIC 50 and MIC 90 values were 0.5 mg/L and 1mg/L respectively. The concentration of bacteria was influential in the results.CONCLUSION:All bacteria were highly susceptible to ornidazole. Ornidazole is significant for periodontal treatment. [
