舒心胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒心胶囊对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的治疗作用。方法:将105例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组40例,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服舒心胶囊,对照组采用西医常规治疗,两组疗程均为1个月,分别观察治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油消耗量、心电图变化及血脂、血糖、血液流变学变化。同时,观察舒心胶囊对大鼠实验性心肌缺血的影响。结果:治疗组治疗前后比较,多数监测指标有明显改善(P<0.05),在缓解临床症状、减少心绞痛发作、改善心电图及血流变、降低血脂等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验表明,舒心胶囊有较好的抗心肌缺血作用。结论:在常规西医治疗的基础上加服舒心胶囊比单用西药疗效更好,舒心胶囊能明显改善不稳定性心绞痛患者的症状,改善心电图及血流变异常,降低血脂,是治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的安全有效药物。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxin capsule in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris. Method:105 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into two groups. Shuxin group (65 cases) was treated with Shuxin capsule plus western medicine, and control group (40 cases) with western medicine alone. The therapeutic course of both groups was 1 month. Frequency of angina events, consumed doses of nitrates, effects upon improving ECG, lipidemia and hemorheology were respectively observed before and after drug therapy. And effect of Shuxin capsule on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats was observed. Results:After treatment, most index of Shuxin group patients showed remarkable difference compared to those in the beginning (P<0.05). Shuxin group has better effects than control group in releasing pain, reducing frequency of angina events and consumed doses of nitrate, improving abnormal ECG and hemorheology, reducing lipidemia (P<0.05). Experiment express Shuxin capsule can act against myocardial ischemia effectively in rats. Conclusion:Shuxin capsule can obviously improve clinical symptoms of the patients with unstable angina pectoris and electrocardiogram abnormality, improving hemorheology and lower serum lipid. Shuxin capsule is safe and effective drug in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris.
