消糖灵胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消糖灵胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法:2型糖尿病患者82例,随机分为消糖灵组和西药格列本脲组,分别观察治疗3个月。诊断为磺脲类降糖药继发性失效(SFS)糖尿病患者24例,应用Wala质反应开放型序贯实验设计的方法,给予消糖灵胶囊治疗观察1个月。2型糖尿病大鼠模型30只,随机分为消糖灵组、西药格列本脲组、空白病理对照组,并另设正常对照组10只,治疗3周。应用胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)判定IR改善情况,同时对血糖、血脂等进行综合分析。结果:临床患者消糖灵组较西药组ISI明显升高(P<0.05)。消糖灵胶囊用于SFS患者总有效率为66.7%。2型糖尿病大鼠经消糖灵治疗后ISI升高,且优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:消糖灵胶囊可使2 型糖尿病患者和实验大鼠ISI升高,减轻IR,增强胰岛素的敏感性。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaotangling capsules on IR in type 2 diabetic patients and rats. Methods:47 cases of Xiaotangling group(XG) were treated by Xiaotangling capsules. 24 cases of SFS with Xiaotangling by sequential trial of Wala. The model of rats with type 2 diabetes were divided randomly into normal control group(NG), Xiaotangling group(XG), Glibenclamide group(GG) and pathological group(PG). To investigate the effect of IR by ISI. Results:FBG and FINS of patients were lowered, ISI of XG was increased more remarkably compared with GG (P<0.01). The total effective rates of SFS was 66.7%. The ISI was increased in XG of diabetic rats. It had significant difference compared with GG (P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiaotangling capsule can reduce hyinsulinemia and improve insulin sensitivity.
