养血调肝方对雌性小鼠生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究养血调肝方对雌性小鼠生存期的影响。方法:将自然衰老雌性小鼠分成对照组、养血调肝方组和六味地黄汤组。全部鼠恒温饲养,每天记录动物死亡情况,将实验结果统计分析,绘出存活曲线。结果:养血调肝方使雌性小鼠的半数存活时间、用药后平均存活时间、终生平均寿命、最大寿命都得以延长,且效果优于六味地黄汤;并且存活曲线越位于对照组的右侧。结论:养血调肝方可以延长雌性小鼠的寿命。Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxue Tiaogan Fang (YXTGF) on survival period in female mice. Methods:Natural senile female mice were divided into normal group, YXTGF group and Liuwei Dihuang Tang (LWDHT) group. They were raised in constant temperature. The death of these mice was recorded every day, then statistical analysis was proceeded and survival line graph was drawn. Resutls:The median survival time, the average survival time after fed drug and in all their life and the eldest life of YXTGF group were lengthen evidently. Its survival line graph was on the right side of normal group. Conclusion: YXTGF has a remarkable effect on lengthening the life of female mice.
