摘　　要：研究不锈钢中、小铸件的硅溶胶———水玻璃砂复合型壳工艺 ,分析第 1层、第 2层及第 3层过渡层的涂料配比及性能控制 ,确定在试验条件下工艺参数的最佳值 。Technique of the multiple lamella using colloidal silica and sodium silicate bonded sand used for the small foundry parts of the stainless steel is studied. The coating prescription and property, which is used for the first, the second, the third, and the key lamella are analyzed. Meanwhile, the best value of technological parameter under test condition is also determined. Based on that, the quality of product can meet the familiar one of colloidal silica lamella.
