摘  要:分析了双流道叶轮具有平衡性好、运行平稳可靠的特点 ,结合工程上常用的WQ2 0 0 - 1 0 - 1 1型污水污物潜水电泵的设计 ,通过取较小的叶片出口角 β、适当加大叶轮外径D2 、取较大的流道包角 φ等 ,提出了双流道叶轮水力模型无过载设计方法 ,试验结果表明该方法实用、可靠 ,具有广阔的推广应用前景。Non-overload centrifugal pump is one that can not be overloaded under the conditions of zero flux to full flux. Sewage submerged pump is a particular submerged pump which has the impeller of special structure. It is applied widely in architecture, deposal of sewage, irrigation works and etc.. However, its working conditions are very complex, the real running point often varies and it is very apt to be overloaded. In this paper the excellent features of equilibrium and stability are analyzed that the double channel impeller has, and taking the WQ200-10-11 as an example, the non-overload hydraulic design method of the double channel impeller hydraulic model is put forward by the smaller outlet angle, the larger diameter size and the larger winding angle . Moreover, experimental results show that this method is practicable, reliable and has the great values of popular practice.
