腹部闭合性外伤小肠破裂诊治体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部闭合性外伤小肠破裂患者的诊断和治疗。方法选择2017年5月-2018年5月本院收治的腹部闭合性外伤小肠破裂患者15例,所有患者均行手术方式治疗。结果 15例患者术后2例患者发生切口感染,1例患者出现肺部感染,给予对应药物治疗后痊愈,患者住院时间7-28d,平均住院时间(15.2±2.8)d。结论外伤性小肠破裂及时诊断治疗能够使临床诊治有效率有明显提高,术后做好患者病情的密切观察,能够实现对各类并发症的有效预防,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal rupture caused by closed abdominal trauma. Methods a total of 15 patients with closed abdominal trauma and small bowel rupture admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May in-2018 were selected. All patients underwent surgical treatment. Results 2 cases of 15 patients were infected by incision, 1 cases had pulmonary infection, and the patients were cured after the corresponding drug treatment. The time of hospitalization was 7-28 d and the average time of hospitalization was(15.2 + 2.8) d. Conclusion the timely diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rupture of small intestine can improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment. After the close observation of the patient’s condition, the effective prevention of all kinds of complications can be achieved and the prognosis of the patients can be improved.
