摘　　要：介绍几种快速成型系统 ,并对用于铸造金属功能件的几种快速原型模样进行归纳、总结。针对熔模铸造和陶瓷型铸造对成型模样的特定要求 ,考察一次性模样使用的几种原型模样的精度、表面粗糙度、热膨胀率、残余灰分等工艺参数 。The process of the main rapid prototyping and manufacturing systems are reviewed. The rapid prototypes used in manufacturing metal functional castings are summarized. According to the specific requirements for the rapid prototypes by investment casting and ceramic process, properties of consumable prototypes including accuracy, surface roughness, heat expansion coefficient, residual ash content, etc., are emphatically discussed. The comprehensive results of practical metal functional castings produced from prototypes are also evaluated.
