临床综合护理对老年髋部骨折患者临床效果及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年髋部骨折患者应用临床综合护理的的效果及对心理状态的影响。方法选择郑州人民医院2017年2月-2018年5月诊治的82例髋部骨折老年患者,随机分成研究组(41例)和对照组(41例),对照组使用常规护理,研究组接受综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组HAMA、HAMD低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数、FMA高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组术后并发症率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理在老年髋部骨折患者应用效果显著,可改善其心理状态,提升髋关节功能、运动功能与日常生活能力,且还能减少并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical comprehensive nursing on therapeutic outcome and mental state in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 82 elderly patients with hip fracture diagnosed by Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases).The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Harris hip score,Barthel index and FMA of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the postoperative complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant effect on elderly patients with hip fracture,which can not only improve their psychological state,but also hip function,motor function and daily living ability,and reduce complications.
