论监考人员的选聘与管理对高校考风建设的影响

摘　　要：现今,高校考风不正已是十分普遍的现象,考试作弊几乎已涉及每一所高校,也是摆在高校管理层面前在学风建设研讨过程中一个无法逾越的课题。考风是学校组织考试过程中表现出来的一种风气,它是高校学风、考风的集中表现。监考人员是考试实施的执行者与监督者,对考试质量的把控、考风建设的影响具有重要的意义。加强考风建设关键,在于对监考人员的选聘与管理上。Nowadays,college exam is not already is a very common phenomenon,cheating in examinations has almost in-volved in every university,is placed in front of the university management an insurmountable task in the construction of style of study in the discussion. Examination is a kind of atmosphere reflected the school organization in the process of examination,it is the concentrated expression of style of study in Colleges and universities,the examination discipline. While the invigilator is test implementation and the supervisor,the examination quality put has important implications for control,examination and con-struction,strengthen the examination discipline construction is the key of the examiners selection on.
