新形势下高校辅导员魅力提升的路径探讨

摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育工作的主体之一,它的魅力能为学生的成长成才提供正能量,继而影响学校整体的工作实效。因而高校辅导员应当着力提升自身魅力,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,内外兼修展现良好的职业形象;以法律法规和校纪校规为底线,依法为学生服务,从而在把握工作原则性中树立个人威信;通过目标定位、及时工作和巧用资源等艺术性手段引导学生追逐梦想,助力"中国梦"的实现。The university student counselor is one of the main ideological and political education,and his charm can provide positive energy for student growth and success,thereby affecting the overall effectiveness of the work the school.College counselors should therefore strive to enhance their charm.First college counselors should lead the socialist core values,internally and externally to show good professional image;secondly,college counselors and school discipline to the laws and regulations for the bottom line,according to the law for student services,which work in the grasp of principle in establishing personal prestige;and finally,by targeting,timely work and clever guide students to chase a dream,help ' China dream' implemented by means of artistic resources.
