云南丽江山慈菇品种考证及有效成分秋水仙碱含量的研究

摘　　要：目的:进行丽江山慈菇品种考证,分析其有效成分秋水仙碱的含量。方法:本草考证和采用高效液相色谱法对丽江山慈菇所含秋水仙碱进行含量测定。结果:对丽江山慈菇与山慈菇品种来源进行了确认,以防市场上品种混用。此外对丽江山慈菇药材的提取方法进行考察,最终确定供试品处理方法,并通过高效液相色谱法实测8批不同产地药材的秋水仙碱含量。结论:丽江山慈菇为百合科山慈菇植物,其有效成分因产地、采收时间不同存在差异。Objective: To carry out the species research of Shancigu and analyze the content of colchicines which is the effective material. Method: Herbal textual research was carried out and colchicines content of Shancigu collected from Lijiang of Yunnan was determined by HPLC method. Result: To avoid the confusion of varieties supplied in market, the species of Shancigu and others were confi rmed. In addition, the extraction methods for Shancigu were investigated, and then the processing method of tested sample was confi rmed. The content of colchicine in 8 batches medicinal material from different places was determined by HPLC. Conclusion: Shancigu in Lijiang belongs to the Liliaceae family. And the effective component content varies with different producing places and collecting time.
