摘 要:目的:利用星点设计-效应面法优化加味圣愈凝胶膏剂的基质处方。方法:以聚丙烯酸钠、甘油、甘羟铝、提取物为考察因素,以初黏力、持黏力、感官评分的总评"归一值"为评价指标,拟合二次项方程,绘制三维效应面图,选取最佳基质处方。结果:最佳基质处方为聚丙烯酸钠甘油-甘羟铝-中药浸膏-CMC-Na-微粉硅胶(0.52:2.75:0.02:2.26:0.3:0.2)。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化加味圣愈凝胶膏剂的基质处方方法简便,预测性好。Objective: To optimize the matrix recipe of the Added Shengyu Cataplasm by central composite design- response surface method. Method: The matrix recipe of the added Shengyu Cataplasm was optimized with sodium polyacrylate, glycerin, dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetate and extract as independent factors, and the overall desirability value of the tack, holding tack and sensory score as evaluation indexes. Then quadratic polynomial fi tting and depicting of 3D-response surface were performed to select the optimal matrix recipe. Result: The ration of ingredients in optimal matrix recipe was as following: sodium polyacrylate: glycerin: dihydroxyaluminium aminoacetat: extract: CMC-Na:silica(0.52:2.75:0.02:2.26:0.3:0.2). Conclusion: Central composite design-response surface methodology is convenient and highly predictive.
