香附的本草考证

摘　　要：目的:通过查阅与香附记载相关的本草文献,对香附正本清源,以确保其质优效良、临床使用安全有效,以期从中挖掘其中重要或特殊功能主治,指导现代研究方向及相关产品的开发,以利于其多元化发展。方法:查阅自香附药用以来的主要本草、后世对其的注解类本草书籍,及现代重要的中药辞典,对香附进行本草考证,从包括其药用名、品种、功能主治及采收、加工炮制等多方面进行归纳总结。结论:古代香附品种固定为莎草科莎草;而其药用部位由最初不明确而最终确定为根茎;采收加工基本为二、八月采,去毛晒干净制;功效方面主要用于气血调和,主治妇科疾病,总的来说,古今变化不大且经历多年医学佐证,逐步完善。而主产地有一定的变化,主产地由古书记载的广东、重庆、湖南一带,逐步发展为山东、广西、江浙一带,性味归经方面古今差异一直为各代医家所争论,应对争议之处进行相关研究,以利于香附的临床应用安全有效,并期能从中获取新信息,更加适宜现代临床用药需求。Objective: Through investigating ancient Chinese materia medica, the origin and specie of Xiangfu was clarifi ed to assure the effective and safety clinical use. And data about special and important effects of the drug were dug out for the future multi-development. Method: Herbal textual research on Xiangfu was carried out on main ancient Chinese material medica since the use of it. The change of the medical name, origin, indications and functions, harvest and processing methods were summarized. Conclusion: In the medical books, the specie, medical part of the drug, and harvest and processing methods did not change a lot. But with the development of TCM, they became more completed. However, the main origin, property and fl avor always in the debates among generations of physicians. Therefore, the research should focus on these differences to ensure the effi cacy and safety application.
