摘　　要：中药药渣含有粗纤维、粗蛋白、粗脂肪以及多种有效成分。深入研究中药药渣的用途,能使药渣得到更深层次的利用。近年来,中药药渣深入利用涉及到了环境保护、能源、材料、食品等多领域。本文综述了近几年中药药渣深入利用的研究进展。Chinese herb dregs contain crude fi ber, crude protein, crude fat and many effective components. Research on the usages of Chinese herb dregs can realize the in-depth utilization. Recently, Chinese herb dregs are used in many fi elds, including environmental protection, energy, material, food and so on. This paper reviews the in-depth development of Chinese herb dregs in recent years.
