摘　　要：冰片临床应用广泛,常用于各种闭证神昏,五官科、外科、皮肤科等证,而历代医家认为其为妊娠慎用药物。现就冰片的传统认识、性能功效、化学成分、药理作用及其妊娠禁忌原理的研究现状予以综述,以期为临床合理、安全使用冰片提供参考。Borneol is widely used in various coma, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology, surgery and dermatology so on. The ancient Chinese medicine doctor had pointed out that borneol should be applied in pregnant women with caution. For clinical safety and effective application of borneol, the article reviews the research of borneol including traditional understanding, property and function, chemical composition, pharmacological studies and the reason for the use borneol in pregnant women with caution.
