熏硫与未熏硫白芷的体内外HPLC图谱对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对熏硫与未熏硫白芷体内外的高效液相色谱进行比较。方法:采用HPLC法分别测定熏硫与未熏硫白芷药材、熏硫与未熏硫白芷含药血浆和空白血浆指纹图谱,并分别进行熏硫与未熏硫白芷药材,未熏硫白芷与含药血浆指纹图谱的分析。结果:硫黄熏蒸对白芷香豆素类成分影响较大,熏硫与未熏硫白芷体内外HPLC指纹图谱结果类似。结论:为白芷药效物质基础的研究奠定了基础。Objective: To compare the in vitro and in vivo HPLC fi ngerprint of sulfur-fumigation and non-sulfur-fumigation Angelica dahurica. Method: The fingerprints of sulfur-fumigation and non-sulfur-fumigation Angelica dahurica, and plasma fingerprints of sulfur-fumigation and non-sulfur-fumigation Angelica dahurica and blank plasma were determined by HPLC. Result: Sulfur-fumigation had a greater impact on coumarins of Angelica dahurica. In vitro and in vivo HPLC fingerprints of sulfur-fumigation and non-sulfur-fumigation Angelica dahurica were both similar. Conclusion: This study lays the foundation for the further study of effi cacy material of Angelica dahurica.
