穿心莲野生品与栽培品质量比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对资源调查采集到的穿心莲野生品与栽培品进行质量比较。方法:采用性状鉴别、药材含叶量、HPLC等方法进行含量测定。结果:穿心莲野生品符合《中国药典》相关要求,可做药用;广西产野生品叶片大、含叶量高、有效成分含量高,质量优于栽培品。结论:应对宝贵的穿心莲野生资源加以保护和利用,本实验对穿心莲良种选育、GAP规范化种植基地选址有一定指导意义。Objective: To compare the quality of the wild and cultivated Chuanxinlian collected during resources investigation. Method: The content was determined using the methods of morphological identifi cation, measurement of the leaves percentage and HPLC. Result: The wild products were found to satisfy the relevant requirements recorded in Pharmacopoeia, and could be used for medicine. Wild products from Guangxi had larger leaves, higher leave percentage, higher contents of effective component, and better quality than cultivated ones. Conclusion: The fi ndings provide a reference for the improved variety breeding and GAP base location selection and also suggest the valuable wild resources of Chuanxinlian should be better protected and used.
