胡椒提取物速释滴丸的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选胡椒提取物滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法:以溶散时限、丸质量变异系数、外观质量作为评定指标,采用单因素考察和正交实验优化胡椒提取物滴丸的制备工艺。结果:胡椒提取物滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:以聚乙二醇4000与聚乙二醇6000为基质(1:3),药物与基质比为1:4,甲基硅油为冷凝剂,药液温度85℃。结论:优化的工艺条件稳定、可靠,制备的滴丸外观质量良好、丸质量差异和溶散时限均较理想。Objective: To study the optimal preparation technology of immediate-release dropping pills of pepper extract. Method: The preparation conditions were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment with the dissolution time, variation coefficient of pill weight and the appearance quality as indexes. Result: The optimal conditions were determined as follows. PEG4000 and PEG6000(1:3) were used as the base material and the ratio of extract and base material was 1:4. Methylsilicone oil was used as the coolant. The temperature of drug solution was maintained at 85℃. Conclusion: The optimized conditions are stable and reliable. The dropping pills are of good appearance and the variance of pill weight and the dissolution time are satisfactory.
