摘 要:目的:阐明硫黄熏蒸对白芷药效作用的影响以及白芷主要药效物质基础。方法:选用经典的二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸致小鼠扭体法结合血浆HPLC图谱对熏硫与未熏硫白芷进行抗炎、镇痛的药效学对比实验。结果:未熏硫白芷高剂量表现出显著的抗炎、镇痛作用,熏硫白芷部分剂量组也显示出抗炎镇痛作用,但无统计学意义;抗炎、镇痛两个实验中所取得的各个剂量组的血浆成分类似;随着给药剂量的减小,各剂量组入血成分的峰面积也相应减小。结论:推测水合氧化前后内酯可能是白芷镇痛、抗炎的药效物质基础。本研究为阐明白芷谱效关系奠定了基础。Objective: To clarify the effect of sulfur-fumigation on efficacy of Angelica dahurica and elucidate the main effective material of Angelica dahurica. Method: Anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect of non-sulfur-fumigation and sulfurfumigation Angelica dahurica were tested with classic xylene induced ear swelling mice and acetic acid induced mice body torsion experiment combined with plasma HPLC fi ngerprint. Result: Non-sulfur-fumigation group showed signifi cant anti-infl ammatory and analgesic effects. No signifi cant anti-infl ammatory and analgesic effects can be observed in sulfur-fumigation group. Plasma composition of each dose group was similar. With the decrease of the dosage, the peak area of different dose groups also decreased accordingly. Conclusion: Oxypeucedanin hydrate is speculated to be the material basis of anti-infl ammatory effi cacy of Angelica dahurica, which lays a foundation for the elucidation of spectrum relationship of angelica dahurica.
