摘　　要：为了满足兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环 6× 10 - 9Pa的真空度要求 ,必须建立温度在 2 0 0～ 30 0℃、控制良好的在线烘烤系统。主要从热电偶、加热器及绝热套 ;功率计算及分布 ;烘烤控制 ;样机测试结果等几个方面介绍兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环 (HIRFL- CSR)超高真空烘烤系统。In order to meet the needs of the beam storage time in HIRFLCSR (Cooling Storage Ring of Heavy Ion Research Facility, LANZHOU), the average vacuum degree in this system must be better than 6×109Pa, so the system should be baked to 200～300℃ on the line and be well controlled. In this paper, the thermal insulator and heater jackets, the thermal calculation, the bakingout control and the test results are introduced.
