益肾壮骨合剂治疗原发性骨质疏松症96例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:客观评价益肾壮骨合剂的疗效及安全性。方法:临床随机观察患有骨质疏松症的患者160例,其中治疗组(96例)给予益肾壮骨合剂,对照组(32例)给予肾骨胶囊,空白组(32例)为已诊断为骨质疏松症,但半年内未服任何药物的患者。观测骨密度(BMD)、临床症状、骨钙素(BGP)、尿吡啶酚(PYD)、雌二醇(E_2)、睾酮(T)、尿素氮(BUN)、转氨酶、血尿常规。结果:治疗组的综合疗效明显优于对照组。结论:该中药安全可靠,能提高骨密度,促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收,从而起到治疗骨质疏松症的作用。Objective: To objectively assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Yi Shen Zhuang Gu Mixture. Methods: 160 cases of osteoporosis were observed. Among them, the treatment group (96 cases) were treated with Yi Shen Zhuang Gu Mixture and the control group (32 cases) were treated with Shen Gu Capsules and 32 cases of osteoporosis who had not taken any medicines in a half year were used as blank group. Bone density, clinical symptoms, osteocalcin, urinary pyridol, estrodiol, testosterone, urea nitrogen, transaminase. calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, urine routine examinations were investigated. Results: The comprehensive therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Yi Shen Zhuang Gu Mixture can increase bone density, promote formation of bone and inhibit absorption of bone, and it is safe and reliable to treat osteoporosis.
