急性肺损伤及急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者血清IL-8水平的研究

摘　　要：目的　揭示白细胞介索 -8(IL -8)与急性肺损伤 (ALI)、急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的关系及其作为判断预后的作用。方法　采用放射免疫分析法 ,测定 12例ALI、13例ARDS患者的血清IL -8水平 ,并与 5 9例正常对照者相比较。结果　ALI与ARDS患者血清IL -8水平显著高于正常对照者 (P <0 0 1) ,而ARDS患者血清IL -8水平又显著高于ALI患者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且ALI与ARDS中的非存活者血清IL -8水平又显著高于存活者 (P <0 0 1)。结论　IL -8参与ALI及ARDS的炎症反应 ,高水平的血清IL-8提示预后不良。Objective To display whether Interleukin-8 was involved in acute lung injury(ALI) and in acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods Serum IL-8 levels in 12 patients with ALI and 13 patients with ARDS were assayed by RIA,and compared with 59 normal controls.Results The level of serum IL-8 was significantly higher in the patients with ALI and ARDS than that in the normal controls(P<0 01),the level of serum IL-8 was also significantly higher in the patients with ARDS than that in the patients with ALI(P<0 05),and the level of serum IL-8 was significantly higher in the non-survivors than in the survivors among the patients with ALI and ARDS(P<0 01).Conclusions These findings indicated that IL-8 is involved in the inflammatory reaction of ALI and ARDS,high levels of serum IL-8 could predict a poor prognosis,for the patients with ALI or with ARDS.
