摘　　要：目的　探讨吞入巨噬细胞内的梅毒螺旋体 (treponemapallidum ,TP )结构变化过程和杀伤机制。 方法　采用图像分析系统对巨噬细胞和细胞外基质内TP超微结构进行形态计量学研究。结果　吞入巨噬细胞内的TP经多种蛋白水解酶作用后 ,TP外周壳膜膨胀 ,间隙变大 ,透明区域增宽 ,TP结构消失 ,体积肿胀 ,与细胞外基质中的TP比 ,横轴宽度明显增大 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　梅毒皮损内浸润的巨噬细胞对感染TP可有效地吞入、溶解。Objective To evaluate the structural change course and killed mechanism of treponema pallidum in macrophage. Methods The morphological and quantitative study of ultrastructure of treponema pallidum in the macrophages and extracellular matrix by image analytical system. Results The shelles of TP were dilated and wided by multiple proteolytic enzyme of the macrophages. The structure of T. pallidum were extinctive .The cross-sectioned treponeme were wider in macrophages than in extracellular matrix (P< 0 01). Conclusion The infected TP in lesions were swallowed up, dissolved and eradicated effectually by the macrophages.
