范仲淹与西北沿边民族地区的经济开发

摘　　要：北宋中后期,宋夏双方曾长期对峙冲突,严重影响西北沿边地区经济社会的正常发展。以范仲淹为代表的戍边官员在任职地方期间,为巩固边防,积极采取措施安定边民生产生活。其中的进筑屯田与改善民族关系,不仅在抵御西夏侵扰、彻底扭转北宋所面临的不利战局方面发挥了关键作用,还为西北沿边民族地区经济开发做出了重要贡献。During the middle and late period of the Northern Song Dynasty, this state got into a long-term con-flict with the state of the Western Xia, which seriously affected the normal development of economy and society in the northwest border area.As a typical example of the border officials, Fan Zhongyan actively took measures to consolidate border defense and to settle border production life.His two measures---immigration and cultivation and improvement of the ethnic relations ---not only played great roles in resisting the infestations from the rival state and in reversing its unfavorable adverse in the war, but also made an important contribution to the economic development of the northwest border ethnic areas.
