输精管搭桥复通术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:解决输精管复通术中,输精管缺损较多而吻合长度不够的问题,提高手术的成功率。方法:选择不同材料的中空导管和合适的手术方法,进行输精管搭桥复通,术后合理治疗。结果:通过术后3月～2年随访,成功率96%,要求再育者13例妻子怀孕或生育,3例附睾淤积症患者症状明显改善。结论:输精管搭桥复通术手术简便,成功率高,能解决因输精管缺损较多吻合长度不够的问题。Obejective:To solve the problem of the lack of the spermatic-duct's length to Improve the rate of successful opera- tions.Methods:Chose different hollow ducts and proper ways in operatings.Give proper medical care after operation.Results: The rate of successful operation is 96% according to visits of three months to two years.Among the patients,thirteen couples have been pregnant or have had babies and three patients who once suffered from pantup epldldymls have been notably im- proved.Conclusion:This kind of operation is easy to do and the rate of success is high,and the problem of the lack of the sper- matic-duct's length can be solved.
