通心络胶囊改善不稳定型心绞痛患者甲襞微循环的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛治疗的作用机制。方法 :对 6 6例不稳定型心绞痛患者用通心络胶囊 (33例 )及对照组 (33例 ) ,对治疗前后患者甲襞微循环等指标变化进行测定。结果 :治疗后甲襞微循环多项指标与治疗前相比明显改善 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :通心络胶囊有明显改善微循环作用 ,是治疗不稳定型心绞痛、防治心脑血管疾病的有效药物。Objetive: To observe the influence on Tongxinluo capsule to probe its Mechanisms. Methods: 66 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into common group and Tongxinluo group. Nailfold Microcirculation were observed before and after the treatment. Results: the indices of nailfold microcirculation dectrased after treatment compared with that before treatment ( P <0.05～0.01), Conclusion: Tongxinluo could decrease improve microcirculation and it was effective to treat unstable angina pectoris and in the prevention an treatment of cardio～cerebral vascular diseases.
