心痛灵Ⅱ号治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：　 目的　观察心痛灵Ⅱ号治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法　选择冠心病心绞痛患者90例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别予心痛灵Ⅱ号、心痛灵Ⅰ号和消心痛。结果　各组治疗后心绞痛发作相关情况及心电图表现均有改善,而以A组(心痛灵Ⅱ号)尤为明显。结论　补气化瘀、豁痰通络、疏肝解郁之心痛灵Ⅱ号以心肝并治、侧重疏肝为特色,其抗心绞痛作用确切,且优于心痛灵Ⅰ号和消心痛。Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Xintongling - Ⅱ ( XTL -Ⅱ)to coronary angina pecioris(CAP). Methods: 90 patients with CAP were assigned randomly to three groups(group A, B and C). Patients in group A( n= 30) were given XTL-Ⅱ, and those in group B( n = 30) were given Xintongling-Ⅰ (XTL-Ⅰ), in group C( n = 30) were griven Isosribide Dinitrate (ID). Results: After 3 weeks' treating, symptoms, signs and expression of ECG had all been improved, those of patients in group A were the most superior. Conclusion: XTL -Ⅱ, that have effect of tonify Qi, activating circulation, resolving phleym, ventilating collaterals and sooting the liver, is noted for its regulating heart and liver s function simultaneously, laying specical emphasison soothing the liver. XTL - Ⅱ has more superionr antianginal effect to XTL - Ⅰ and ID.
