摘　　要：同样一种病证 ,在不同的阶段、不同的时机 ,其治疗的难度和取得的疗效是大不相同的。择时服药 ,更是掌握时机的一个重要方面。疾病有最佳治疗状态 ,应当在此时敏锐地抓住时机 ,积极治疗。医者可以根据具体病证的发生发展演变规律等来掌握最佳治疗时机。对于不容等待的病证 ,临床施治时可先采取措施 ,有意识地使疾病向最佳治疗状态转化 ,以利施治。只有把掌握治疗时机的思想贯穿治疗的全过程 ,才能取得满意的临床效果。There are complete differences in the degree of treating difficulty and effects obtained at different stages and on different times for the same disease. A well chosen time for administration is especially important. Doctors should seize the opportune moment and give prompt treatment to patients when the best condition arises. The choice of such moment should base on the development and progress of illness. Emergency treatment should be carried out for critical illness, with doctors conscientiously leading it to the best condition. Only when the whole process of treatment is permeated with such idea can delightful results be achieved clinically.
