摘  要:目的 监测驻京医疗单位空气质量 ,掌握重点科室空气微生物动态变化及可吸入颗粒物含量。方法 以现场抽查、采样的方法检测 12所驻京医疗单位的空气质量和空气中可吸入颗粒物的含量。结果 门诊部各科室空气中菌数超标率均高于医院 ,治疗室及特诊科空气菌数全部超标 ,可吸入颗粒物的合格率仅为 5 0 %。结论 应大力加强和改进手术室、妇产科的空气质量 ,控制医院交叉感染尤其是控制外源性感染的发生 ,降低可吸入颗粒物对人体健康的危害。OBJECTIVE To investigate the dynamic changes of air microorganisms and the amount of harmful inhalable particulates(PM) in air for evaluation of air quality control in the hospitals and institutions localized in Beijing. METHODS By using the corresponding instruments, air PM were analyzed in different sites of the twelve hospitals and institutions in Beijing. Air samples were also collected and the harmful microorganisms were further detected in our laboratory. RESULTS There was a significantly higher number of bacteria contaminated in air in all divisions of out patient department compared with other departments in hospitals. In particular, the microorganism numbers in air of therapy rooms, surgical rooms and special diagnosis rooms were all over standard number and only 50% of the air quality is consistent with national standard regulations. CONCLUSIONS Our study suggests that air quality be greatly improved in therapy rooms and surgical rooms in these hospitals by controlling and eliminating the harmful inhaled air particles, which will be helpful for decrease in cross hospital infections.
