摘　　要：目的　加强医院氧气湿化瓶消毒管理。方法　对我院干部病房氧气湿化瓶污染的调查 ,制定消毒方法 ,进行消毒效果跟踪调查。结果　干部病房氧气湿化瓶污染严重 ,污染率达 76 % ,通过使用新的消毒方法 ,完全可以控制氧气湿化瓶的污染。结论　加强氧气湿化瓶系统消毒管理是杜绝由氧气湿化瓶引起的医院感染发生的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the sterilization management of hospital oxygen filter. METHODS For investigation on the oxygen filter of cadre sickroom, the methods of sterilization were constituted in order to set up the track investigation for the effect. RESULTS The contaminated oxygen filter of the cadre sickroom is very serious and the percentage is as high as 76%. Via using the new sterilization method, it can control the contamination. CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the oxygen filter system sterilization management is the important measure to avoid the nosocomial infection caused by the oxygen filter.
