单性别军人群体身心健康状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 研究单性别军人群体的身心健康状况及其影响因素。方法 以我军边远海岛驻军中的单性别军人群体为被试,采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)、孤独量表(非大学生版)及自编的一般情况问卷进行调查。结果 147人中有41人(27.89％)存在各种身心问题,其中躯体症状、人际敏感、强迫症状等是单性别军人群体存在的主要身心问题;单性别军人群体的很多身心症状比一般军人群体和军校大学生都更为突出;孤独感、睡眠情况、对女性的好感及趋近需求和与其他干部战士的关系等是影响其身心健康的主要因素。结论 单性别军人群体中身心问题的发生多且相对较严重。孤独感、睡眠差、对女性的好感及趋近需求与不和谐的战友关系等与其身心问题的产生有着密切的关系。Objective To study psychosomatic health of soldiers in single -sex groups and related health -affecting factors. Method Taking as the testing target the single-sex groups of a military garrison stationed on a remote island,an investigation was conducted by use of SCL- 90.DSL(aversion for people other than university students) and self-composed general-case questioning paper. Result Of 147 individuals tested. 41 (27. 89%) had various psychosomatic problems, of which the main ones for single -sex groups included somatic disorders.personal -relation sensitivity and feeling of compulsion. Compared with ordinary groups of soldiers and military university students,soldiers of single - sex groups suffered from many more serious psychosomatic disorders. Among the fundamental health -affecting factors were feeling of loneliness,sleep disorder.love of the female aud desired approach towards them and relations with comrades. Conclusion Psychosomatic problems are more severe with a higher rate among single-sex groups of soldiers, which are closely associated with feeling of loneliness.sleep disorder, love of and desired approach towards the female and inharmonious comrade relations.
