医用手套润滑剂对生化测定影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨医用手套润滑剂对生化测定的影响。方法　添加 12 .5 mg医用淀粉组和对照组在两种生化仪上共测定 30种生化项目。添加 1.2、2 .4、3.6 mg医用淀粉组和对照组在生化仪上测定血清淀粉酶。结果　添加 12 .5 mg医用淀粉组和对照组比较 ,血清磷分别是 1.30 mmol/ L± 0 .13mmol/ L和 1.19mmol/ L± 0 .10 mmol/ L (P<0 .0 5 )血清CO2 分别是 18.6 mmol/ L± 2 .0 mmol/ L和 2 0 .8mmol/ L± 2 .5 mmol/ L (P<0 .0 2 ) ;血清淀粉酶分别是 2 0 .8U/ L±17.9U/ L和 86 .1U/ L± 2 2 .3U/ L (P<0 .0 0 1) ;皆有显著性差异。其它项目两者结果差异无显著性。添加 1.2、2 .4、3.6mg医用淀粉组与对照组血清淀粉酶测定值有极显著性差异。血清淀粉酶测定值随淀粉添加量的增大而降低。结论　医用淀粉 (医用手套润滑剂 )能对血清磷、CO2 和淀粉酶的测定产生影响 ,在进行这些项目的测定时 ,应严格避免润滑剂的洒落污染 ,以免影响临床的准确诊断。Objective To investigate the effects of medical latex glove lubricant (medical starch) on the biochemical analysis.Methods 30 test items were analyzed by Olympus and Beckman biochemical analyzers respectively in control group and medical starch group in which 12.5mg medical starch was added into sera. Sera amylases were measured in control group and three medical starch groups in which 1.2,2.4and 3.6mg medical starch was added into sear respectively.Results The serum phosphorus values in the 12.5mg group were remarkably higher than those in the control group.(P<0.05); and the average concentrations of serum carbon dioxide of the 12.5mg group were siginificantly lower than those of the control group.(18.6 mmol/L±2.0 mmol/L VS 20.8 mmol/L±2.5 mmol/L).The levels of serum amylase in the experimental guoups decreased obviously (P<0.001), furthermore, it was negatively correlated with the quantity of the medical starch which had been added. There was no statistical differences between the two groups in the other 27 test items.Conclusion The medical glove lubricant (medical starch) could affect the results of serum phosphorus, carbon dioxide, and amylase, and therefore the pollution of the medical starch should be avoided strictly in the analysis of these three test items.
