青风藤对吗啡在离体豚鼠回肠中依赖性的作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察青风藤 (QFT)对吗啡在离体豚鼠回肠中戒断反应的影响 ,以及对乙酰胆碱 (Ach)引起豚鼠回肠收缩的影响 ,评价青风藤对吗啡依赖豚鼠回肠的作用 .方法 :戒断性收缩由 1μmol·L-1纳络酮 (Nal)加入已在含 3μmol·L-1吗啡(Mor)的 37.5℃Krebs液中孵育 4h的离体豚鼠回肠引起 .结果 :当QFT (0 .0 4 ,0 .2 ,1.0g·L-1)在加入Nal 1min前后给药 ,Nal催促的戒断性收缩被抑制 ,与Mor依赖对照组相比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;QFT (0 .0 4 ,0 .2 ,1.0g·L-1)对Ach引起的正常豚鼠回肠收缩也有抑制作用 ,与Ach对照组相比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;QFT的作用呈剂量依赖趋势 .结论AIM: To investigate the effects of Sinomenium acutum on the morphine(Mor)withdrawal response and acetylchline (Ach) induced contracture in the isolated guinea pig ileum. METHODS: The contracture was elicited by the addition of 1 μmol·L -1 naloxone (Nal) to the tube which contained the isolated ileum incubated with Mor (3μmol·L -1 ) at 37.5 ℃ for 4 h. RESULTS: When Sinomenium acutum (0.04, 0.2, 1.0 g·L -1 ) was added 1 min before and after Nal in the Mor dependent ilea bathed in Krebs solution containing Mor, or was added in the naive ilea bathed in Krebs solution before and after adding Ach, the Nal precitated withdrawal contracture or Ach induced contracture was significantly decreased in a dose dependent manner.. The comparison of Sinomenium acutum (0.04, 0.2, 1.0 g·L -1 ) and Mor dependent group or Ach group revealed some significant differences( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Sinomenium acutum can inhibit Mor dependent withdrawal syndromes.
