开封及郑州地区淋病奈瑟菌药物敏感性试验研究

摘　　要：目的 :调查开封及郑州地区淋球菌对抗生素敏感性 ,为制订有效治疗方案提供依据。方法 :从门诊病人提取样本并做淋球菌培养 ,同时对培养阳性菌株做药物敏感性试验。结果 :统计结果表明 40 0株仅有 7株对所有试验药品敏感 ,其余药物敏感率由高渐低依次为头孢三嗪 98 5 %、大观霉素 91 2 5 %、阿奇霉素 81 2 5 %、强力霉素71 75 %、红霉素 66 5 %、氧氟沙星 45 %、四环素 45 %、环丙沙星 44 78%、诺氟沙星 3 8 5 %、青霉素 3 6 75 %。结论 :据此实验结果 ,推荐在开封及郑州地区淋病治疗中选择使用头孢三嗪 ,或头孢三嗪加阿奇霉素 ,或头孢三嗪加氧氟沙星 。Objective: To investigate the Data of antibiotic sensibility of neisseria gonorrhoea in Kai Feng and zhengzhou area,and make out a effective sceme to cure gonorrhoea Methods: We take sample from out-patient and culture them,the drug susceptibility testing of relerant strains was done Results: The statistic show that ,among 400 strains ,only 7 strains susceptibllity to all the teste antibiotic the sensibility rate by the in turn from high to low were ceftriaxone 98 5%,spectinomycin 91 25%,Acithromycin 81 25%,doxycline77 75%,erythromycin66 5%,ofloxacine49%tetracycline45%,ciprofloxacin44 78%,norfloxacin38 5%,penicilline36 75%.Conclusion: According to the resalt When we cure gohorrhoen in kaifeng and zhengzhou area We recommend to select ceftriaxone ,or ceftriaxone plus acithromycin or ceftnaxone plus of loxacin or spectinomycin plus ofloxacin
