子宫膀胱间位术治疗老年子宫脱垂25例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫膀胱间位术治疗老年性子宫脱垂的 疗效。 方法对25例老年性子宫脱垂Ⅰ～Ⅱ度患者实施子宫膀胱间位术:观察手术时间、术中出血量、术中病人反映、术后住院日和术后随访。 结果25例手术时间均≤90min,术中出血量≤80ml,术中监测患者的血压、呼吸、心电图平稳,25例全以经阴道的术式完成。术后住院日≤5d,术后近期与远期均无泌尿系症状发生和生殖道脱垂复发。 结论 子宫膀胱间位术具有手术简便、创伤小、并发症少、疗效高的特点,适合患子宫脱垂的高龄老人和有合并症的老年人首选。Objective To investigate the curative effect of uterovesical interposition for senile hysteroptosis. Methods 25 cases of I -HI degree senile hysteroptosis have been operated uterovesical interposition. To obseve operation time, bleeding quantity, patients reaction stationary number of days and follow up. Results The operation time < 90min,bleeding quantity <120ml,the patients', blood pressure,breath and cardiogram were placid in oparetion.All cases were completed through vagina, stationary number of days <5 days, there were not uriniparous symptom and prolapsus of vaqina in near and far period after operation. Conclusion The characteristic of uterovesical interposition is operation convenience,small trauma, lesscomplication, high curativeeffect. It suits senile hysteroptosis and compliction.
